Though EEERA NENJAM was established in April 2012, we started working on this project in 2009.  So far, we have reunited 12 mentally-challenged people with their families - one of them is even getting married this year. More than 60 people were admitted in various homes in and around Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India.  We do not simply admit them into homes but we visit them often, usually once a week to supply food and if possible medical items.  We look after their cleanliness too. In short, we work towards providing a comfortable life for them.

Vision:

       There should not be any single person on the street who is not looked after.



Mission:

In our endeavor to change society, our objectives are as follows:

• To provide shelter, food, love and affection to physically and mentally challenged people, who are helpless and living on the street​
• To locate suitable home-care or try to find their relatives in order for them to live peacefully without any struggle.​
• To create a sense of awareness on the importance of caring for the physically and mentally ill and aged people.

Muthumaiyai potruvom: To provide food and medicine for orphanages through “Annakoadai”.​

​Pasumai Nagaram: To create awareness among the public regarding global warming.

​Valarum Giramam: To adopt a village and focus on its development in the areas of cleanliness, students’ education, medical facilities and development of women.​

​Kalvi Kodai: To create a wisdom of knowledge on the importance of education and its meaning among the rural and helping the students by providing school fees, note books, etc.,
